Peter was in The Pit for the first Bench Minor and some of his photos are in the new COG. Lots of NYC in this issue. I noticed Peter had a new Canon Mark IV and I was very envious but not sure if more so that he had it on a [...]

My team and I were lucky enough to get set up with a sponsorship from Dockers for our participation in the 2010 World Hardcourt Bike Polo Championships in Berlin. We were set up with some new pants and they custom screened the winged anchor logo on some t-shirts for us. This was all despite our [...]

by: Susan Jurgelski
Six mallet-wielding cyclists square off three-on-three, ready to go wheel-to-wheel on a sun-baked city tennis court.
There’s an anticipatory tension as thick as the sultry, summer evening humidity and the hypnotic hum of cicadas.
These bicyclists are geared up.

Adam, Zach, Matt and I stopped at keirinberlin one of the days after Worlds. This is a famous shop. I got to meet Mo, who Zach and Adam were already friends with. We hung out for a bit, looked at bikes, drank Bionade, talked about the kids today. Matt asked me to get a photo [...]

Thanks to everyone who let me get a photo. Very laid back, just shots of anyone with a polo shirt on. I think it shows the mood of the event. Thank you Berlin!

Ha! Yeah sweet moves, eh? Been working on those for a while…
My favourite out of this set is the one where Krem(l)in is poke-checking El Gigante a -long- way between his wheels… Gigante has a look on his face that indicates he can’t believe what’s happening… and I can’t either! Fuckin’ rad!
The first crash photo with the taco’d front wheel is choice, too. Good work Doug! These are way awesome.
